- Your payment will normally reach the institution account within two working days.
- The institution cannot accept liability when a payment fails to reach the correct account because incorrect account, student or personal details were supplied.
- The institution is not liable when a credit card, debit card, bank or payment service provider refuses or declines a transaction for any reason.
- If a payment is declined, the institution is under no obligation to notify the payer. Please verify the transaction status with your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
- To the extent permitted by law, the institution will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or results of using this website, linked websites, or information contained on them.
- Payment gateway transaction charges, where applicable, shall be borne by the payer.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If a student or customer leaves the institution before completing the applicable service period, they will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund of the service fees already paid.
- Any refund permitted at the discretion of the Management will be made only to the debit card, credit card or payment source used for the original transaction.
- Nothing in this policy requires the institution to refund any fee, or part of a fee, unless that amount was previously received by the institution and Management has approved the refund.
